that's a good point. everyone looked like butter under those stage lights. however, dennis isn't just holding water. there is still visible fat on his glutes, upper hamstrings and lower back. that should all be gone by now.

He hasn't made that much. It's funny how Flex is criticized for being lazy, when Wolf is the epitome of a lazy bber, and he blames everybody else for fucking him up...the man hasn't improved his lower back at all or has made any real noticable gains in detail or conditioning. It's ironic that guys like Shawn Ray or Dex are criticized for showig up yr after year in excellent shape, but people say they looked the same. Yeah, in condition! But when you break them down, you can see the tiny improvements yr by year, and refinements, but with Dennis you know that he continually has not delivered the goods and seemingly doesn't bring up or wan to brig up his lagging parts.

Wolf's back, chest and arms are all noticeably thicker. His hamstrings have impoved greatly since 07 as well.
You have to be blind not to see that.  He just needs to nail his conditioning and he's a top 6 Olympia contender again.

You make it sound like it was easy to bring up weak bodyparts after 10+ yrs of training and juicing. For most guys a weakness will remain a weakness for a lifetime, and that has nothing to do with lazyness but with genetics.

You think Wolf or Coleman are too lazy to train their calves or what? You can be sure that both of them train their calves way harder than a Matarazzo ever did, cause he didn't have to.
