Anyone ever have pain behind their clavicle?

For the last 6 months or so I've had a pain behind my clavicle that really affect my chest training and even my sleep.  I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this.

had some hardcore problem with a shoulder once, could not train heavy, hurts to much. went to see a specialist, he replaced both shoulders, elbows, hands, feets, knees, back, neck. 90$ for half an  hour, money very well spent.
