I like Loco a lot, he argues his points well and notice how the threads he is in usually have decent debates?

I am not turning on him at all and think he is geniune in his beliefs on this. And his arguments have made me think that they should have at least made it "probable cause" vs "reasonable suspicion."

I agree though that the law should be more defined and also that the citizens should not be allowed to sue officers if they feel they should have checked somebody but didnt.

LOL not at all I like loco Ive seen him post not alot on the politics board but on other boards and even politics wise we are generally of the same mind for the most part. I think he is definetly biased on this bill though and thats were his dislike stems from imho but that doesnt mean Im dont like the guy.

I'm anti-illegal immigration. How about enforcing exiting laws to prosecute those who hire illegals, including giants like Smithfield Foods and Tyson Foods? How about amending existing laws to deny illegal immigrants government benefits? How about amending the constitution so that a baby born in the US from illegal parents is not automatically an American citizen? I support these.

as am I but you see there also needs to be a way for law enforcement to determine the status of a person...

what way would you be ok with that would meet that end?

Not if the things I mentioned are done. Then illegals would leave and would have no reason to come back. No jobs and no government benefits = no illegals.
