Take two athletes who are not bodybuilders and have them train for strength. One will sit in 12 machines to work out in. He will sit to work legs,back, delts, pecs, bicep, calfs and triceps. The other will do power cleans, squats, bench presses, chins, and other non machine basics. I know who will be able to transfer their strength in the real world.
Bodybuilding "experts" are delusional about how a real athlete should train.
