That's what happen in many cases; after a time off period, you're mind is hungry to kick some ass, but your body isn't used to the same volume/intensity you used before. I would suggest some light cardio, like walking for an hour, good foods and plenty of sleep. My back & delts are sore from those negative chins, yesterday.

Back in the day (on school) I hung out with a die hard IM fan. I can't remember a day that he wouldn't wear a IM shirt/sweater. He was quite an outsider, but in my mind he was a cool & funny guy.
