Speaking of one of the topics of the board, being able to move your bodyweight in multiple directions. How many of you can do this? And wots yo stats regarding this? I remember reading somewhere that being able to perform parrallel-bar dips with 300 pounds attached to yo waist was a respectable feat. Respectable feat??? Fuck dat noise! My PR is 100 added pounds for 6 reps, but I guess dat I aint yo typical Getbig Alpha Male, pulling tons of tail, wit 20 inch arms, and making 5 mil a year LOL
