Very impressive but you dont find it overkill doing both of those in the same workout? I do one or the other

Totally... military really hits my front delt and seated press, if I position correctly seems to hit the side as well but the benefit is probably not worth it... especially followed by lateral raise; I was on a roll more than anything and regretted as soon as my eyes opened this morning  :-\

I heard people taking "adequan" for joint pain; seems somewhat extreme as the main usage is for equestrian needs... another Palumbo shenanigan...

If Palumbo is recommending it, probably means its very unhealthy for you.

You're not very strong for as big and stocky of a guy as you are.  Your legs look puny.  Why don't you focus more on your lower body?  Also your form on your lateral raises is terrible and you're using way too much weight.  If you can't get your arms to 90 degrees from your torso you're not working the full range of your delt.

Nice lifts bro, good numbers. I hear ya on the joint pain being 33 myself. I take Glucosamine every day and it actually works. I can notice a big difference when I stop taking it.

I've been doing a shitload of cardio latley... about an hour after my weight workout treadmill or recumbent bike and then I LA Boxing workout at night. But I've been getting stronger in all my lifts since like 5 years.

Lateral raised I hit this morning 50x8 ...I could've had maybe 2 more if my buddy was yelling in my ear.
Upright rows 155 x 10 ...felt light today
Deads I'm weak 365x4 (i'm 6'2")
I haven't done any free weight pressing in about a year because my left shoulder feels funky from a hard fall while snowboarding ...but I can do the whole stack for around 6-8 reps on my last set on shoulder press, seated chest press, and incline press machines.
Hammer curls 65s x 6-8 depending on day
Seated row pulls ...whole stack for around 10 reps

Yeah my old man and this guy I work with have started taking it recently and both say that they notice a huge difference in how their joints feel. Shit really works.

Good stuff man, especially upright and lateral. These are good lifts, especially for a long armed frame....

Can you comment on doing cardio after your weights versus early in the morning like more say is "best"?

I lift weights in the morning and do cardio right after because I like having more energy and power for lifting. Once I'm spent on the weights I hit the cardio where you don't need as much energy...it's more willpower and perseverance, as lame as that sounds it's true.

I don't believe in the theory of doing cardio first thing in the morning vs. at night. I subscribe to the school of thought total calories in vs. out ...doesn't matter time of day as long as it's done but I don't eat complex carbs after 7pm. I think people make shit too complex with working out.

Do any type of cardio that gets your heart rate up...who gives a fuck
