I just found this one for free Exercise Diary on download.com that im using:

I just wish I had one that would let you graph your strength gains and crap you know really fancy but this one does the job.

I tried that software for the last few years.. all it got me was some tendonitis and a torn rotator cuff on those days when I was like "I just drank a red bull with lunch.. time to test the ole 1 rep"

I wish I had the Excel spreadsheet a friend of mine created awhile back. It tracked lifts, body fat %, cardio time, calories per day

It had charts and all that ..it was pretty cool though he had to have several copies as every 8 weeks he would change up the types of exercise he would do.

I'm betting you could create something like that if you put some time into it.
