yea that sounds like bullshit to me also
when I started training I was a supplement whore... I had to have every supplement there is

now days I don't even use supplements... maby multi vitamins and strong b and c, maby, but that's it... sometimes I eat 1 hour after training, sometimes just banana and cottage cheese or something

I don't feel any differend... and creatine never helped me, I have used it like in a 100 differend ways, loading phase, not loading phase, tea spoon, big spoon, taking it while standing on my head... didn't rly work...
