kevin why do you start off with shrugs  on shoulder your workout every one i know leaves it to the  end

In your M3 tape why do you train chest and tris so late at night.  The camera zoomed in on the clock and it was midnight when you started and 2:00 a.m. when you were done.  Then you said you were only going to sleep for two hours :o  How do you get by with two hours?  Now that's a Muscle Machine, MARYLAND MUSCLE MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cause you can go heavier and shrugs don't tire you out....you can do as many sets of shrugs you want and have plenty in the tank to train shoulders..anyone who isn't hitting traps first is a fool...

thats like doing deadlifts(heavy) at the end of your back workout....
