Au contraire, it's the drugs AND the food. They are the two main factors. You can't eat like a bird and expect juice to pick up the slack. You need both.

The protein won't help if his daily intake of calories is very low. Kevin has written here many times that he's eating to lose musclesize to improve his chances of getting acting jobs.

I'm pretty sure Kevin stated he's only eating one meal a day and running his asshole on the treadmill. It's no wonder his weight loss has been so dramatic. Not saying he wouldn't shrink eventually, but not in just a year or so.
