I've finished watching Full Blown and M3 over the past 2 days- great stuff Kev ! !
If u could choose just one exercie for tri's and bi's what would they be?

Question For levrone.......

Kevin at the 2002 Olympia your long time rival Flex Wheeler placed 7th. He went up to you and shook your hand. He seemed to say something that was more than a few words......what did he say to you?......and was he always preoccupied with trying to place ahead of you at shows? I heard he was pissed after you beat him at the 1996 Arnold and Olympia. Thanks
