I used to be a fan of Churchill, until I learned that he opposed India's independence from Britain's rule, tyranny and oppression, and when I learned that Churchill hated Gandhi and wanted him dead.

He was a British politician, chosen by the British people, with a mandate to defend Britain's interests, foreign and domestic. If he would have let India slip away without a fight, he should (and probably would) have been executed for high treason. And justifiably so. Freeing India might sound very noble for Indians themselves, or people with no stake in the matter, but that was not the job he was hired to do.

I am boycotting corona right now. I'm also trying to spend money on smaller brewers than the big guys.

Sweet, we were both drinking Sam Adams last night. I'm drinking Sam Adams Imperial White and Imperial Stout.  There's other beers I'd rather be having but they're not available.
