Congrats on the the lifts. Truth be told, most guy's here would have a hard time DL'ing some of that weight. And than there are the guy's who always are afraid their going to get hurt if they ever started to handle some respectable weight on the bar. These types are usually the people most critical of anyone else doing well. I'm a little taller than you, so I can appreciate the ROM of that overhead jerk.
With all due respect to my PL'ing Buds, I always place Olympic lifters in a class beyond them. Overhead lifst, strong cleans and snatches rule in the lifting game. Takes quite a man to host and hold 400lbs overhead. The distance alone, from the floor to high overhead tells it all. Those short range benches, squats & DL's, all great in themselves, never come quite near to the quickness and athletic performance of Olympic lifters.
