Looking good bro. You touched a little on your protein sources, what about cardio? Are you doing any, if so how much?
More detail on protein, these are my fav sources:
- sirloin steaks from M&M Meats (the "Herb and Garlic" flavour) - each 6 oz steak is 33g protein, 4 fat and I think 1 or 2 grams of carbs.
- teriyaki chicken breasts from Costco frozen aisle - each 200g breast is 38g protein, 4 fat and 4 carbs.
- 1/4 lb extra lean beef burgers from Safeway frozen section - each patty is 24g protein and 8 fat, 1 carb.
I also eat out about 4 times a week and have pho soup, burgers, wings, fries, whatever.
Cardio is 30-45 minutes each time I go to the gym (5-6 times a week)
Overall not too strict to be honest
