LOL bro if the search function didnt have a virus right now id make you look more foolish than you already do...

Is this what you are looking for?

How do you address any company that breaks the law?  How do you address companies that cook their books?

Give me some examples.  You say most construction companies, so you must know something. Tyson Food and Smithfield Foods are you biggest problems, and they are not using contractors.  Why can't you go after the contractors too?

You've been right about everything?  Right right!

Keep patting yourself in the back.  So where else does this happen, other than home construction?

Would you be okay if legislation is passed requiring all American citizens to carry passport or birth certificate with them at all times?  Just answer the question.
what have I been wrong about?  ;)

again loco do some research bro, youve come on here and really made yourself look uninformed...

we already have to carry ID on us...the problem is not all states require you to prove citizenship when you obtain that ID...

Believe me, if there were a super realistic video game where you could blow the heads off of some drug cartel illegals coming across the border, I would be playing it all day long...as would millions of other decent, hard working American patriots. Some on here, however, think it's ok for headless bodies to be strewn across the Arizona border. Funny how a conservative can become a "Soft on Crime Bleeding Heart Liberal" at the drop of a Tamale.

Not sure if this is directed at me, but I'm with you on the drug cartel, illegal immigrants and the headless bodies being strewn across the Arizona border.  I don't think it's okay and I am against all that.

Are you saying that I'm a conservative who has become "Soft on Crime Bleeding Heart Liberal"?  I think illegals should be deported and not allowed in the country again.  What I oppose is a law that's impossible to enforce without racial profiling, forcing certain groups of American citizens to carry proof of citizenship at all times.

Not every American citizen has or needs a drivers license.  American citizens are not required to carry a drivers license at all times unless they are actually driving.

I know you're a good guy. Just messing with you. I'm sure you're not a Liberal either.

LOL first of all any contract labor can be and often times is independently contracted...this isnt simply confined to homes...again where is your proof of that? oh ya..."its rampant with it" do you understand what rampant means and why it doesnt mean that its exclusive to construction, home construction specifically?

you may not know this but youre required to carry ID...state or federal issued ID if not a drivers license...

tonymctones,

So when an American company contracts work from these illegal contractors who hire illegals, does the American company pay cash or check?

Couldn't a law be passed to prevent these contractors from getting paid in cash, then prosecute companies that break this law?

what would that do? they could simply pay in check and they illegals get their checks cashed at check cashing places which are a dime a dozen...

there would still be ppl that pay in cash as well as to skirt the law, I mean the laws that are in place now...taxes etc...

again simply targeting the business that hire illegals and thinking its going to solve the problem is as ignorant as thinking that AZ law by itself is going to solve the illegal immigration problem...its a mutliple part approach that needs to take place

Cash a check for how much?  Wouldn't that be too large a sum not to raise an alarm?  There are sum limits on cashing checks, right?  They will cash the check, but not without first having the customer fill out a form and report it to the government.  These rules/laws are already in place, right?
