working man forearms? i have seen many tradesmen with small forearms

they'll either have large forearms if they are either FAT or muscular

yep

I was a glass cutter for a few years. Lifted and manipulated in the neighbourhood of 2-4 tons of glass per day. My forearms still sucked, just like my calves.

I knew a guy that never touched a weight in his life and had a very decent god-given muscular build. He always bragged to us that he would be a monster if he started training  ;D he did 6 months of heavy training and nothing improved, nothing!

Very weird.

My forearms are 16.5" never trained them in my life. When I train biceps I do a few sets with v v light weights.

Always had huge forearms.

Mine were 15.5 at one point with a 20 inch cold bicep, back when I was off season and competing (juicing)

the secret to building gigantic ropey forearms isnt some kind of gym movement....its blue collar work!!!!!!!

for example the guy who has been working on our air conditioner. he goes about 5-7ish, pot bellied with a full beard and chuck norris type look. no attempt to stay in shape or 'be muscular'. except this man also had fucking Dorian Yates forarms!!!! i mean they literally look like dorian yates forearms, thick and full of seperation. then today these 2 mexican dudes came to deliver a mattress...one of them was about 5-6, somewhat fat but thick as a brick...this man hoisted the thing up tons of stairs by himself in the blink of an eye. his forearms were probably 18 inches.. also ive yet to see any auto mechanic that didnt have solid forearms.

so the secret to gigantic strong forearms and hands is to spend your day doing blue collar work, then go home and drink some beers and eat whatever you want.
