what about it? if you can afford caber go for it. if you can't throw some winstrol into the mix and you might not need the caber.

letro and even arimi work just as well for prolactin induced gyno. some say arimidex won't but i have experienced otherwise.

nothing more to it. no fancy drugs, no special diets, no secret training routine. consistancy is the only secret.

Someone I know who is rather knowledgeable within the field basically said that test is best. And remember... BIG WEIGHTS=BIG MUSCLES

if you never want to reach past your genetic potential, or even live up to it especially if you are a hard gainer, follow this advise.

 ive tried everything milos advises, everything gh15 advises, everything anybody on any forum has talked about. every diet, every calorie level, every type of training, every amount fo protien, every amount of every drug, in every combination..

im speaking from experience. there is no secret drug. no secret way of doign things. use steroids, train, eat. not any more complex than that.

then why don't you try finding what works for your body instead of listening to everyone around you.

thats the point i was getting at- the dosages i grow on might not help you grow, or may not be enough.

the macros and amounts i respond well to may not be the same ones in the same amounts that work for you.

everyone has to find what their body adapts best too- eating training and using steroids will not build you the physique you want.

you'll either get fat or not gain, over saturate or not gain, over train and not train enough.

if you think its as easy as what you say, then you'll never have a physique any differently noticeable than the average gym rat.,

this is a good post...........eat, train, juice..........usually its the diet people are lax with  ...........not eating enough clean calories when its time to bulk (they eat hamburger and fries and get fat)............and not being strict enough with the calories and macros when they cut


it doesnt matter how big you are, when you get very lean you look AWESOME


but the most important part may very well be to KNOW YOUR BODY.........that goes for diet, juicing..........but training in particular

its important not just to move a lot of weight, but to really establish the mind-muscle connection and feel the muscle your training

there is a difference between doing curls and throwing the weight up with your tricep and shoulder and hip..............and using a moderate weight and really moving the muscle with your bicep


and to the idiot juicers out there,.....stop spending more money on yor anti-estrogens and PCT then the resto f your whole cycle..........most of the time they are a complete waste of money
