all steroids work about the same. choose one that works for you and use a decent amount.
lift heavy, with good form, throughout the entire ROM. dont overtrain or undertrain.
eat(minimum) 1g protein per pound lean body weight + sufficient calories for the task at hand
yea, it is that simple.
(if you dont realize it, this leaves room for, and actually requires the person to know their body.. "dont overtrain or undertrain" + "sufficient calories at hand" + "decent amount"..)
this is a good post...........eat, train, juice..........usually its the diet people are lax with ...........not eating enough clean calories when its time to bulk (they eat hamburger and fries and get fat)............and not being strict enough with the calories and macros when they cut
it doesnt matter how big you are, when you get very lean you look AWESOME
but the most important part may very well be to KNOW YOUR BODY.........that goes for diet, juicing..........but training in particular
its important not just to move a lot of weight, but to really establish the mind-muscle connection and feel the muscle your training
there is a difference between doing curls and throwing the weight up with your tricep and shoulder and hip..............and using a moderate weight and really moving the muscle with your bicep
and to the idiot juicers out there,.....stop spending more money on yor anti-estrogens and PCT then the resto f your whole cycle..........most of the time they are a complete waste of money
