Whats funny is how you attack my spelling errors, while ignoring the meat of the post. As if you've never spelling something incorrectly before. I should have used the spell checker, but I didn't so viola..

Anyway, I didn't "claim" to live in NYC...I mentioned that I lived there for a year. Why would I "claim" to live there when I spent 365 whole days in the city? It's really not a big deal to live in metro New York. Not sure why people think it's such a big move.

Look, don't get all butthurt because I'm not kissing NYC's ass. It's a great city, BUT it's also highly overrated.

Whats with New Yorkers severely overrating the city?

I lived in Manhatten and between soho and "noho" for a year. Obviously, New York is a great city with a lot to offer, but it's not this metropolis of awesome, as most New Yorkers try and claim. Frankly, most of the city is pretty fucking dirty.

What makes new York great? Nightlife, amazing places to dine, fashion, women, opportunity - etc. There are many cities in this world that have those same attributes in their portfolios.

Drop someone off in one of the boroughs, in hells kitchen or in the Latin part of Manhatten and see what their reaction is like.

if u lived between SOHO and NOHO what borough is that?
