at one time I had a fleeting interest in training neck, so at my apartment's gym i would take a dumbell, lay down on a bench, and hang my head over the end and leift my head up, using my neck....I then got bored with this
A few months ago, i had noticed that while lying in bed, and pushing my neck back on the pillows, Iwas actually working my neck---i found out as my shirts got tighter in the collar---I was doing nothing else...Has anybody done this before---i guess this is type of neck bridge?
