VIRGINIA ATHLETE LANDS SPONSORSHIP
BY INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKING COMPANY

WARRENTON, VA, June 1, 2010 – International social media networking company Physiquebook has signed a one-year athlete endorsement contract with pro football hopeful and Warrenton resident Nick Schrank.

Physiquebook (http://www.physiquebook.com), a rapidly growing recent start-up founded by Canadian entrepreneur Matt Tsinkorang, is a social network connecting fitness, bodybuilding and sports athletes with one another online. Fitness enthusiasts are offered free membership and the ability to upload photos, publish training logs, customize their profiles, find that special someone on their dating page, shop for all the latest and greatest supplement products in their marketplace, and further interact with members on their new message forums!.

“Physiquebook’s support will help me both pursue my dream of playing professional football and connect me with other athletes and fitness enthusiasts,” Schrank said. “I’m grateful for Physiquebook’s support and look forward to attending professional football tryouts across the country, giving me the chance to perform on field, in front of the coaches.”
The sponsorship also will support Schrank’s ongoing training and branding efforts as well as his video blog, which creatively chronicles his journey to professional football online at http//www.nickshrank.com.
Nick will make his first sponsored appearance at the Elite Pro Football Combines on June 6th in Atlanta, Ga.

Nick was born and raised in Warrenton, attended Fauquier High School, and graduated from Radford University. He currently trains at the Parisi Speed School at Warrenton’s Old Town Athletic Club.

Dude, I graduated from Radford in 05, and they had a Rugby team.  The football team started last year and it is CLUB football.  Radford has no team.

This is probably a bad move for him! chances are the 1 tub of whey protein and 2 free tshirts are not worth the freedom and flexibility that he is giving up.

He would be better off accepting random friends requests on facebook

the guy is a media machine - he is on literally everything social media, he has high quality videos out there.  No team wants him currently, that eye injury he had and his 40 time is just too high for a linebacker...  Still, good luck to him.  He's hustling.

It's not the 40 time.

He weighs 210 lbs (way to small for a lb) and played at a tiny school.

I hope he makes it, though.

A no talent loser signing with a nobody?

Does anyone actually use physiquebook (*physiquebook*, jesus, the name makes me cringe)? A straight up rip off of facebook concept, which everyone already uses. WTF?

*Draft Eligible* The fact that the guy is *eligible* for the draft, but no one has drafted him, doesn’t that mean that he should find a day job? I don’t know shit about football.

This thread is sad.

if you do a search on "biceps and cock lust", you'll find all the members of physique book on facebook, so it's kind of redundant.

This guy is kidding himself if he believes he is going to make it in the nfl as an under sized safety who runs a 4.88 forty.

He's trying out for the NFL, CFL, and UFL.  Physiquebook is just trying to help athletes achieve their dreams, PB will be bringing other athletes on board soon.  Just like sponsoring a bodybuilder as an amateur, its not guaranteed that they will turn pro.  Its just that we'll both benefit from this, he's very proactive as 240 says he's everywhere marketing himself, and now he will be promoting physiquebook along the way.  The guy has talent, and works hard, don't hate on him for trying to make it.

Matt, is this a joke? you don't just try out and make the NFL! there are a million and one division 1 school athletes out there.  Not many people go un-drafted and make the NFL at line backer.  Perhaps as a skat back, maybe, and even those guys have amazing 40 yard times.  Or some kicker that changed sport from soccer.

the real question is, when we he up the dosage and start to compete in bb? and please don't tell us that he  thinking about MMA  ::)
