his arms were his saving grace......he was never going ot dominate the professional ranks......but he had a good look, and some good bodyparts.......perfect guy for supplement ads

but he tore his tricep...........and he tore it BAD

i dont know what the story was, or why it seems that he did not get it operated on and reattatched........but the arm ios fucked now

i feel sorry for the guy.......probably your typical pro BB..........living from supplement check to supplement check.........probably does not have heatlh insurance

he probably wont recover

and let this be a lesson to all you aspiring bodybuilders who lift like idiots trying to impress each other by moving tons and tons of weight.........its dangerous, and your going to fuck yourself up in the long run

you can get a much better workout using moderate weight, moderate reps, slowly......establishing a good mind-muscle connection

liek lee haney said "stimulate dont annahilate"

one bad move, and your arm, or chest, or quad, or back can be fucked forever
