Now I'm 25 pounds heavier, but most of it is fat

My arms are almost 2 inches bigger, but my waist is up almost 6 inches. If I really could stay serious and committed to my training, I'm rather certain that I could be 10 or 15 heavier than I am in that photo at the same percentage of bodyfat (roughly 5%) with 2 inches added to each arm. Weight training ain't so difficult, but what is difficult is the conditioning. I'm certain that training and conditioning IS the Holy Grail, and diet has almost nothing to do with it. And if I can just get myself motivated to go through this rough conditioning training I could show y'all that diet don't mean shit (except for a bit of protein). I've just got to somehow motivate myself to go full bore with my conditioning training.
