We all have to start somewhere.  Join a gym and start working.  It ain't going to be easy, but if you put in the time and effort, you can make progress.   You don't have to look like that forever.

why take up bodybuilding when you can't even hit the 200 lb mark? swimming and tennis might be more suitable for you

Movements such as facial expressions, which are thought to be learned, can actually be observed in children who are blind; thus there is some evidence for motor memory being genetically pre-wired.

Now I'm 25 pounds heavier, but most of it is fat :( My arms are almost 2 inches bigger, but my waist is up almost 6 inches. If I really could stay serious and committed to my training, I'm rather certain that I could be 10 or 15 heavier than I am in that photo at the same percentage of bodyfat (roughly 5%) with 2 inches added to each arm. Weight training ain't so difficult, but what is difficult is the conditioning. I'm certain that training and conditioning IS the Holy Grail, and diet has almost nothing to do with it. And if I can just get myself motivated to go through this rough conditioning training I could show y'all that diet don't mean shit (except for a bit of protein). I've just got to somehow motivate myself to go full bore with my conditioning training.

Why not just eat less? Same effect as cardio.
