having been a fatass, and a twink....
I can say the solution IMHO is to bulk up (get fat once) and see how big you can get.
Then diet down til your abs are there, even if you lose 30 pounds to do it.
Then, enjoy a month or three as a twink.
Then, slowly start adding calories back. Don't worry if the abs get a little blurry, but do focus on 4 big carb heavy meals each day with your protein of course.
The solution (for naturals) can be tough.
