hey layne good luck-btw i saw u at bob n evans restaurant in columbus during the arnold classic weekend in 07 i think it was-i was sitting at the corner table in the center of the place and u were walking by talking to some friends u saw

All jokes aside, low dose users do seem to have better muscle seperation, and have a more "realistic" look.  ::)

I've been following Layne's posts online for a long time and it is interesting to see the people who hate on him grow smaller as each year passes.  I'm not necessarily talking about anyone in this thread but a thread like this would have been much longer a few years ago.  Now with the size he has and a 700+ deadlift and a Ph.D it is becoming a lot harder to criticize him.

Based on his physique in the pics, I wouldnt really say Layne is juicing all that much either..   Nothing too impressive compared to the juice monkies we see these days in the pro and national ranks....
