Leafybug Team Bones Update! 9 weeks out

 9 weeks out.... i took the opportunity to train with Noel Fuller this year. Hope he can help me bring myself in as big as possible with the same conditioning as last year. I would also like to thank Ripitupbaby, stuntmovie, and trueabeles for their support.

Why do you take pictures in direct lighting? You like to look worst then irl? Ask a friend with an SLR cam to take some decent pic at daylight in a fucking garden. BTW i can just envy you, fantastic build. But these pictures make you look extremely stupid...

You guys would be blown away if you could see him in some Kamali Kitchen favorable lighting. A SLR is in order here.

 Leafy still has a TON of room to grow and he is consistently doing so with ease and is not rushing it.  This means he will have the longevity for continual improvement rarely seen in competitors these days.

direct lighting doesnt allow you to look at yourself and think 'wow, i look great' like when posing under a light that casts shadows, unless you really are bang on.

basically you want the most critical, harshest light you can use so you can better see your flaws.

shadow lighting is for those who want praise. direct lighting is for those who are serious about seeing what kind of shape they are really in.

edit: he's as white as drywall and you can still see his conditioning under those lights. on the right track for sure. keep up the good work.

You know, details lost in the shadows can be revealed with Photoshop, but details lost in the brightness are lost forever. I'm not a pro photographer, but i think, its always better to make pictures a bit darker, and later if you want you can brighten them up to observe details. But in these ones light doesn't reveal any flaws, it is so strong, it takes away details. Leafy has to buy an SLR, and find the golden mean with the lights :D
