Of all the top body builders I like him the best. Not really his physique but just him. Although he doesn't have much of a personality or charisma he really comes across as a decent down to earth person. Just the fact that he is still with his high school sweet heart and they seem to be still growing strong tells you something. In a sport that by it's nature seems to turn a lot of decent people into low lifes he really stands out. So many others seem more genetically gifted but Jay's sheer tenacity, consistency and discipline is what put him on top. I hope he continues to win as long as he wants to compete though I hope to one day see Dennis Wolfe get it all together.

agreed Jay is an overall good guy it seems. have to respect what the guy has accomplished and the example he sets when it comes to hard work.

I hope Victor shows up in the shape of his life I have a feeling we'll see something special from him this year.
Kai has the size and just needs to get back in the shape we are used to seeing him in.
I don't know what Heath can do.  He looked great at the Arnold...still too narrow though.
Jay is legend.  Win, lose or draw I still love the guy.

From a personal standpoint, I would have no problems with Jay, Vic or Phil winning it. From a physique standpoint, I prefer Phil or Vic.

If Kai Greene wasn't such a freak, and normal, like Jay, I'd want him to take it. However,  I just can't picture the Mr. Olympia rolling around on the floor, practically stripping at guestposings.  :-X :-X

Good point...From a pure physique standpoint, I gotta go with Victor.  He is Heath with width ;D
He just needs Heath conditioning.

Kai has a unique physique, def not ideal but interesting nontheless.  I like his posing when it's not ubergay...i.e. the first year he won the Arnold.  It's going overboard now.

Yes, in the end, I would definitely go with Victor.

Its too bad about Kai. I actually liked this posing routine:

I'm no traitor...I'm still a Kai fan and wish for him to win the O but if all come in 100% Victor would be Mr. O every time...No doubt about it.
Kai's posing is turning gayer by the min...dial that shit back.

Kai is awesome, but some of that posing is way too gay.

No, what put him on top, was that he was being groomed as the All-American", evn from his days when he first appeared on the cover of MuscleMag, with a towel wrap around his waist ::).

Jay, actually one of the big reasons why quality has gone down, him winning the O shows that the standards have gone down soo far, that there are (or were) guys in the amatuer ranks that have better conditioning, muscle qulity, detail, shape, size than him...Phil Heath, Kai, all look better than him, and probably training with more intensity than him (not that that matters), but "they" want Jay to rep the title....
