Had 2 Big Macs (980 calories), curry (520 calories) and 2 protein shakes (400 calories)
So altogether around 1900 calories all on fast food, damn tasty and losing weight fast (along with boxing training and weights)
Not sure how much protein around 160 grams which is fine by me, I only weigh 165.
Good shit, no more vegetables and skinless chicken for the rest of my life!
