My Adonis Diet looks like this:
meal 1: Sausage McMuffin
Meal 2: Double Cheese Burger BK
Meal 3: Chicken Burrito
Meal 4: Egg Salad Sandwich
Meal 5: 10 oz. Ribeye Steak With Wild Rice
Still leaning up too, believe it or not
I don't see how..I see 5 meals with an average of 500+ calories..how are you leaning out on 2,500+ calories per day? how much do you weigh?
also technically this is not the adonis principle..this would be something like
meal 1. beef sausage, ice cream and peanut and jelly sandwich. 1,200+ calories.
meal 2. beef jerk (snack on beef jerk) 300 calories
with the idea being getting 1 gram or so of protein per lb.
