BB'ing workouts only.

Conventional: 3X8-10 reps. Three to 5 sets. Usually bench, rows, squats, lateral raise, abs & arms. Preformed twice to three times a week. Splits, than 4 times a week. With some cardio thrown in at times. Fairly strict exercise style with full ROM.

Unconventional. SS, tri set, quad set, 1 1/2 system, GVT, 8X8's,5X5's, push-pull, rest pause, drop sets, etc, etc, etc. Actually whatever the human mind can conceive, or it seems that way at times. Anywhere from 6 to 15 reps of many (unneeded) sets. Half/quarter reps, partial reps, loose/ cheating style, etc, etc, etc. Too much daily Cardio also. Splits usually 6 days a week. Whatever works for you on a personal level.  Good Luck.
