That physique is a direct result of nutrient timing and more than likely Ginseng. Ginseng will make all the difference because he can get it right from the fields. When they ship it to us here it's already been degraded and perservatives have been added.
No Ginseng or any f**king magic food

Just whey protein and creatine.no fat-burner etc..
But I drink sunkist
juice with whey every morning.
Basically my diet amost same yearly,(as pics shown)
Due to my injured leg,can't joggling or any cardios,just higher sets & reps from big muscle-groups training.
