I use to know alot of pros past and present, man training at golds venice for nearly 10 years, i seen and heard it all.........tito raymond is a fraud, was never natural, and his brother is getting early christmas gifts............I remember one day I went to the back of gold's, and saw paul demayo training arms when he was trying to make a comeback, must have been about 2002, he wasnt super huge, probly 280, I was shocked to see him, because everyone was saying hes washed up................it was cool to see him, bc he soon died later............I use to see trevor smith when he was 400, before he died.......this was when I was coming back up, I didnt get big by golds venice standards until about 2003, because I hadnt trained serious for a while........ohh aaron baker is kind of an asshole, the coolest pros............are..... ..forgive me.....craig titus and I use to talk about stuff.........ronnie coleman is cool.......and flex wheeler is a great guy........there are a ton of other people I use to talk to and stuff but you know........thats the past.........ohhh rick valente is the coolest and great guy also...he vouched for me at golds at times when management would harrass me for training hard, and charles glass would too.
