As I have told others, I don't mind him.  My problem is minor when compared to others I've met in PT sessions.   His imagination for embellishment is rivaled only by his ego to "win".  If his "insults" had style, I would laugh all the more because I think someone with wit, even when it's ribald in nature, is to be, to an extent, admired.  A comrade in words, if you will.

Playing the "race" card is pathetic and neither would I play the "handicapable" card. Compared to two of the folks I knew from PT, I am prime Arnold S., LOL!
