Glad my thread from the ER was so helpful to you but I know it helped alot of REAL people avoid what I did....As far as dying not likely to happen but if it does my family will become rich over night....I am alive an well and EATING CARBS and getting leaner....without DNP imagine that.....I am currently 224lbs and close to same condition I was when I compteted 3 years ago at 176 You may wanna rethink your diet advice......maybe look at who has left Dave's diet Evan....Guy....PJ....Eug ene Mishin .....Craig Richardson....Ben Pakulsi.....Troy Alves.....this list continues....why is it NOBODY stays with that diet? maybe because its the best way to loose muscle and never grow....If you can't get in shape on 3 hours of cardio and 100mcg of t3 and 120mcg of clen and a KETO DIET then you mine as well kill yourself.....don't worry about muscle you dont need it anyways aslong as you are conditioned right
