I for one appreciate Goodrum posting his pics on line. It can be quite disconcerting when other getbiggers post their pics on here and I am crushed because I see how far I have to go to be able to even stand in the same room as them, much less god forbid I would have to share a stage with them. But when I see Goodrums' pics, I gain this incredible confidence that maybe, just maybe, I'm within grasp of the Mr. O or at the very least a regional placing with just a tweak of my sodium intake and a couple more reps.. So thank you Goodrum for giving the rest of us people, the ones without the gift of genetics, without the determination and drive to stick to a diet and work out plan, the hope that we too, may one day stand up on stage and compete with the best of them..

I hate to admit this , bujt unlike some here I will.
At my current 20% body fat and 250 lbs of mushy bulk I would be laughed off the stage right now.
