I agree with it too, I just thought its pretty damn obvious that they have a much greater response to test than a guy would considering the tiny amount they normally have.  Labs vary, but normal for a man is normally considered to be 200 to 1200 ng./dl. and for women its about 15 to 70 ng./dl.  Clearly a little extra test is going to have a tremendous response in a female and much less in a male.
