Ron Partlow got robbed. It can be argued that Jerome could have even had 2nd place. And I heard they only gave out one pro card and the guy who won the middleweights has done so like 4-5 times consecutively. I guess they like guys like Ron (6 2nd places at nationals) and him hanging around every year. Brutal

Awesome. Matt, IMO I don't think training your legs more will help, I think genetically you have a slower recovery ability towards them, try reducing the volume in your leg workouts, I think you'll be pleasantly suprised. All the best.

Matt, since you're a PVL athlete, do you know what PVL actually stands for? I've never figured it out. Someone once said it stood for Private Labels or Private Labs but i don't think that's it lol
