This young guy was training chest today while I was in the gym. He did 7 or 8 sets of bench, up to a set of negatives with 225 with his partner yelling the whole time "you got it, all you (on negatives?), don't quit" the whole nine. After that, he goes back down to 185 for a couple sets. Now incline for 3 or 4 sets, and back to a couple more sets of bench. After inclines came declines. After this, 3 or 4 sets of dips, and then pushups with his feet on the bench. I was surprised he didn't do cross-overs next. Kid must have trained chest for over an hour. Someone reads way too many magazines.
