Without a doubt something funky going on there. The shoulder and arm development are completely non existent compared to his chest. There's not enough mind/muscle connection in the world that could isolate the chest muscle that much and bypass 100% any secondary muscle involvement and that's what it looks like. I'm calling implants.

the only way that's a 31 inch waist is if you're hovering around 200lbs, but you look 220-240 at around 5'10 which would probably put you at 34 waist.
