Why is he so hateful of boxing, a sport thats been around for 150 years and has such tradition and history.Boxing may be dead but MMA will NEVER match its peak popularity, not even close.

Boxing still attracts top athletes like Pacquiao, Mayweather, the Klitschko brothers even though it's a far cry from what it was at one point. Dana White's goal is to supplant it little by little and to attract beter athletes. Sure, there's a certain number of good athletes in UFC and free fighting in general but most of it is just street brawlers and it's still white trash. There's not been an athlete of the caliber of Ali, Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, Foreman, Frazier, etc....in UFC yet, not even close.

Will you guys give it a rest already, boxing's a great sport but to the majority of the population it's just boring. People wanna see violence and fights, it's been that way since roman days. Boxing had a huge fan base in the past because it had the violence overflow. Now it's divided between those who wanna see a fight and those who was see a contest. UFC will fade but only to something more agressive.

Swede, did you ever trained a full 12 rounds boxing with just the minute rest in between? Everyone who did it will tell you it's a fucking ordeal, one of the best and worse workouts ever. UFC is not that impressive in that regard. And I hope you know I'm right when I say that not top athlete ranking with guys like Ali, Hagler, Leoanard has yet graced a UFC ring.

UFC is not that impressive in that regard. And I hope you know I'm right when I say that not top athlete ranking with guys like Ali, Hagler, Leoanard has yet graced a UFC ring.

Just because ali is more famous doesnt make him "better" there are some grappling GODS in mma, just as good if not better then Ali if you could "compare" the two but you cant.. Its just because grappling competitions isn't even close to as popular as boxing that You havent heard about them =)

I haven't wrestled so I couldn't tell but boxing just washes you up. See, the problem is that there might "grappling Gods" (and i do recpect a few guys Like Fedor of course) but those sports don't tend to attract top athletes. They go where the money is and where there's a real professional structure. Olympic wrestlers? Ok, except Olympic wrestling is not getting better, it's getting worse (there's no champions in wrestling along the lines of Karelin or going back further Takhti), it's just an amateur sport nowadays. A soon as they spot potential in a guy, right now, you can be sure he's going to head towards soccer, basketball, NFL, whatever is more likely to pay off. Popular=money=attracts the best athletes (or the guys with the best potential). Once UFC will have killed bowing, it will attract more and more top athletes. To me that's unfortunate but it might happen.

It's pretty much a myth, Brit's Dutch German and Swedes are all about the same in terms of hair color, The only real difference is they got the nordic look and got better facial features, smaller better shaped noses and higher cheek bones.  You won't see anyone around there that can pass for arab unlike say france or spain.
