Kai's recent successes in bodybuilding have not yet enabled him to leave the somewhat depressed area in which he has lived in a small apartment for the last few years.

Mike Pulcinella was talking to Dan Duchaine on my board on the topic of race and it is clear he has a liberal take on things.  But to make Kai out to somehow be the victim of society in the above description is simply wrong.  If Kai is living in a small apartment he has no one to blame but himself.

This is why Cultural Marxism and "Blame society/Whitey for everything" is getting extremely offensive and boring these days.

On his PBW interview, they asked Kai what things he's bought since he went from poverty to having money.  He said NOTHING.  No car.  NO house.  Nothing.

Because New York gives you a lot more exposure and opportunities to be on TV.  Brooklyn isn't as bad as some people claim and he's saving it for a rainy day.  Good for him not to spend it on ridiculous stuff.  You don't even need a car in New York honestly.

what exposure...vince?  bev francis gym photo shoots   he lives in projects to save money which we agree but he isnt getting any non-bbing type work in NYC.  he'd due better in Vegas like Jay n Shawn or S Cal like La Mesa or Chula Vista.  What % of his purses and sup contract are going into oscar's pocket?  he covers his travel, hotel, etc when they are in vegas or cal    that's the kind of s##t in 10 yrs which says...where did the 1.2M i earned in the IFBB go?   oscar has a family but no job outside of following kai.   give him credit for the hustle.

Be interesting to see what Oscar Arden's cut is from all the bodybuilding dollar that Kai's making. The better he does in the contests, the better Oscar gets paid. Not sure what the prize money is for second place in the Olympia ($60k?) but you can take an easy 10% off that for his guru.
