In many states you can do that, and you don't need your mom to be Gov. In addition, even if she did go out of her way to keep the fact that her son is an insane rapist a secret, can you blame her? Morons like you eat that shit up and would bend over backward to use it as a petty way to attack her because you can't discount her positions on the actual issues.
Secondly, while we are on the issue of transparency, WTF has the President of the United States spent millions of his own money to seal every single personal record of his? Where is your outrage about that? Here a governor sealed her sons records and you dipshits cry bloody murder-- yet you ignore the fact that our President has paid money out of pocket to keep HIS own personal records sealed.
Lastly, I can name dozens of politicians who have been on the national stage that have criminal family members. Bill Clinton gave his own half brother a pardon from federal prison for cocaine trafficking. Al Gores son has been arrested no less than 3 times, Obama has criminal family members, half the Kennedy clan has been in jail or accused of rape, drug use, and even child porn-- and the list goes on and on.
Why this is even a thread that got a sticky is beyond me.
