King is what people call a Lazy bodybuilder. If you have ever seen him train, its freaking comical. 1/4 reps on everything with way more weight than he can really handle. His downfall was that he could never let go of that high school ego. When sound factory was still bumping, King was over heard many times telling people how much he squatted that day etc. Funny shit.

Exactly the guy has someone spotting him on RACK DEADLIFTS.. pulldowns from rep one shoulder press on the smith does one plate so as the other plate went on he had a spot from rep one close grip bench soon as he put 2 plates on he had a spot from rep one that was from the bfto series he is weak... needs a spotter for everything he has that meathead ego going on in full effect |
