My personal opinion based on reading Milo's version of events is he suffers from a mental disorder. Which mental disorder and how deeply it is ingrained would be up to a psychologist or psychiatrist to determine. He wouldn't be alone on this forum in that regard I might add.. My best guess is, for whatever reason, he feels he was screwed by his wife and her relatives out of his business. That may be accurate, it may not be. He felt entitled to show up to a place he apparently was ordered to stay out of, if I recall one of his post about why he hasn't been at the gym. So he violated a court order, bringing his daughter along with him. Since he knew his relationship with his spouse was volatile to say the least, he had to at least be aware an altercation was likely to occur when he attempted to take money from the business he was not allowed to be at. It's for the court to decide if he had a legal right to the money, or if it was theft or not, but in any event an altercation took place and blows were exchanged in the course of his taking funds from the business.

This description Milos gives actually fits the definition of robbery if ANY force was used in "ripping" it off her shoulders. If no force is used, and it would be rare that you could rip a purse from someones shoulder without using any force...then it would be at the minimum Theft from a Person.

Really? For some reason? My guess would be the ripping of the bag you knew contained receipts from her shoulder and running, but I wasn't there..
In any event, the matter will ultimately be tried in the courts, and it will get cleared up eventually.. my only reason for responding is that in his grandiose telling of the incident, he felt he needed to include outlandish claims that the police were trying to poison him and make him sign documents without letting him read them. It's been my experience, the police really don't give a crap either way, having seen a thousand domestic disturbances like his, and could care less if he signs something or not, so would have no incentive to coerce him to do it. I suspect, based on reading his own posts, that he wouldn't shut up long enough for them to explain what the document was..
