You not believing me could (in a million years or so) put me into deep depression...Could you possibly ease up on me...I am just too fragile and insecure....

Insecure enough to go straight to Fullerton PD station to file complaint against officer who arrested me first time and detective who arrested me second time...but I wasn't given that chance...At least I got my chance to give my verbal complaint in front of two officers who didn't let me record my testimony...for some reason...and who tried to interrup me and stop me...but as my wife strangely claims...I have a big mouth.and always have to open it and release alarm...of apocalyptic proportions....so I didn't stop with my testimony for hour straight...forgeting about cab waiting for me outside...at which point I figured I might be arrested for talking too much and obviously boring two officers to death...). HOWEVER....I left little gift to detective...who in police report (along with two other officers) claimed I was screaming uncontrollably..."I'LL KILL YOU!"...Same detective who came to my gym day after my first arrest and spoke to my wife...( in front of my daughter...reason of my desire to still be alive...) and strangely suggested to her that she should ask for permanent restraining/protective order...so I would never be able to come home...or to my gym...or see my wife and daughter..,EVER AGAIN???...Hmmmm, quite harsh punishment for" innocent until proven guilty by representative of protect and serve clan" ...harsh for someone with NO criminal record...or previous history of domestic (or ANY) kind of violence...[making my best friends and loyal fans in this Getbig cyber country...where trying to be nice is impossible...or... my second home-  Cyber space registered as United States of chickenshits wanting to get big...but cannot for the life of them....Cyber heros that have enormous testicular fortitude ( my favorite statement I've learned here from my" twin" Bob Chickenshit...who asked me if I have balls to bet him ten grand...and I asked if his testicular fortitude would accept 50 Grand instead as I called his bullshit and arrogance...forgeting that is distictive difference between insulins and those that he used Humalin R and N are indeed Rx-free ....but Humalog always required prescription here in California....believe me I know...(well,.I shouldn't be so mean towards Pinocchio...puppets are just like all of the Superheros from GetBig.com...like for example- YOUR majesty...whatever your "cyber name is" /any reason you dont post under your real name hero?/...so opinionated, righteous, confident, secure...gutsy...rightfu lly confrontational...yet maintaining good intentions...in short: scared shitless...to come, meet me in person and maybe give me the opportunity to convince them ( or xcuse me...you...your Royalty...) that AS ALWAYS I SPEAK THE TRUTH, ONLY THE TRUTH, NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH (OK...little bit of getbig bs...as required in" this country" just to be able to communicate or have a dialog...)....

Unlike, say, Derick Anthony, where you can get a pretty good idea of what kind of man he is just by his writings, how he conducts himself and what others think of him, with Milos I would have to actually meet him and get to know him in person, which would be a pleasure and an honor, before I can form an opinion of him. At worse, he sells and uses steroids like our own gh15. I'm a free market guy and don't care what others do to themselves. He has been accused of giving bad advice and ruining physiques. If that's the case, then he should be out of that business by now.

I was investigated by Feds and charged with conspiracy to possess for personal use only!

THEY never found any steroid I didn't have valid US prescription for and I gave them doctor and a pharmacy to check....

Forget the fact there is no permanent restraining order option, they are all court orders with expiration dates from as little as 30 days up to 2 yrs. Add to the mix the fact most 21st century US police stations record everything via camera that happens with prisoners their refusing to let you read a document before signing is highly unlikely it all amounts to the logical conclusion you are full of crap. My personal opinion based on reading Milo's version of events is he suffers from a mental disorder. Which mental disorder and how deeply it is ingrained would be up to a psychologist or psychiatrist to determine. He wouldn't be alone on this forum in that regard I might add.. My best guess is, for whatever reason, he feels he was screwed by his wife and her relatives out of his business. That may be accurate, it may not be. He felt entitled to show up to a place he apparently was ordered to stay out of, if I recall one of his post about why he hasn't been at the gym. So he violated a court order, bringing his daughter along with him. Since he knew his relationship with his spouse was volatile to say the least, he had to at least be aware an altercation was likely to occur when he attempted to take money from the business he was not allowed to be at. It's for the court to decide if he had a legal right to the money, or if it was theft or not,  but in any event an altercation took place and blows were exchanged in the course of his taking funds from the business.

This description Milos gives actually fits the definition of robbery if ANY force was used in "ripping" it off her shoulders. If no force is used, and it would be rare that you could rip a purse from someones shoulder without using any force...then it would be at the minimum Theft from a Person.

In any event, the matter will ultimately be tried in the courts, and it will get cleared up eventually.. my only reason for responding is that in his grandiose telling of the incident, he felt he needed to include outlandish claims that the police were trying to poison him and make him sign documents without letting him read them. It's been my experience, the police really don't give a crap either way, having seen a thousand domestic disturbances like his, and could care less if he signs something or not, so would have no incentive to coerce him to do it. I suspect, based on reading his own posts, that he wouldn't shut up long enough for them to explain what the document was..

Milos doesn't consider taking money from his gym to be theft. Especially when his partners weren't putting enough in the bank. Anyway, what do we know? Nothing. It is all hearsay.

Milos has a colourful way of expressing himself. Can you imagine what the police would think? Most would consider him over the top because they hear just about everyone insisting they are innocent. It seems that Milos is empowered by beliefs of justice and innocence and that fuels him to act the way he does. If you read what he has posted here you have to wonder about his state because they sure don't sound like a rational guy talking. I am still hoping he can sort this mess out.

From what he posts it appears he is taking the fall for Milamar who forged his signature and this led to his being outed from the business and perhaps his home. That sucks big time. I don't ever want to hear what Milamar has to say because Milos started the gym. Then again, there are two sides to disputes so the court will decide what is fair. I wouldn't want to be in his shoes because courts are not like we see on TV. Perry Mason always won his cases but in real life that seldom happens and you get fined no matter what your case and arguments are. Representing yourself shows poor judgement and this would support an assessment that he is not mentally okay. His accounts in this thread and elsewhere sound like the ramblings of a somewhat distraught and perhaps disturbed person. He most definitely doesn't want to represent himself! He is playing the part of the victim when that is the opposite of what he should be doing.
