180kg deadlift 4 reps 396lbs (good form) i can definitely go heavier on this, I just need to make sure im not lifting on a work day
135kg bench 2 reps 300lbs (good form) a couple of years back i stick to around 110-115 kgs now
7 plates on the T-Bar 2 reps (that was with a big swing)
