If you start running a fever head to the ER as fast as possible!
Is the "redness" sort of running away from the area you injected? If so, it will go away, it's just going to hurt for a few days.
One thing to keep in mind, there's really no reason to inject your calves, to begin, spot injecting things like testosterone doesn't do anything. Yes, it can cause some temporary inflammation but that's nothing to be excited about.
Next thing, there are more nerve endings in the calf than anywhere else in the body besides the face and because of that it's very easy to irritate that area. Think about when you train calves, nothing burns as much as calf training, why, because of all the nerves in the calf.
Also, a lot of guys simply get lumps and burns like you're talking about with prop, especially UG prop.
Last thing, if you're using UG gear, 9 times out of 10 it's not going to be as clean and pure as human grade gear, add in that fact to injecting into your calves with all the nerve endings and you got what you got. Use HG gear and HG prop and unless your allergic to prop and as long as you don't hit a nerve, you will never have a problem with it.
