Spot on.

Like i said, if you want to look like an AIDS patient, diet like TA and WL, if you want to look like a pig, bulk like FP.

Around 12-25 sets or so.  Heavy usually.  4-5 different exercises, each 4 sets.  Sometimes I start out with the heaviest weights for the first and second sets, then go to about 12-15 reps for the second and the last may be a drop set or high repetitions like 25-30.

Its never set of course, I just go in and get it done.  I have never been injured in my life and have never taken any time off from the gym.

you are lucky with no injuries.

you have lifted in the 700's for deadlifts also have you not ? that is impressive, both for the weight and also the lack of injuries.

the volume is crazy to me though, it would kill me to do even half of that workout assuming you are lifting semi heavy.

There is more in "bodybuilding nutrition" than just losing weight. Try losing fat while holding on to muscle and even more: building muscle, a calorie is a calorie won't work well.

when i say a calorie is a calorie i'm talking about the energy macros - fat and carbs.

i treat protein completely separately.

correct me if i'm wrong donkey, but to my mind you have never participated in any debate on nutrition nor training here.

in fact everything you know about both topics could be written on the back of a postage stamp.

saying i do not know what i'm talking about just highlights your ignorance.

Hes smart enough to realize there is a lot more going on that he knows about.. so he keeps his mouth shut.

You ever heard that old saying that the guy who talks the most, knows the least?

Yeah, some people are actually smart enough to know that they dont know everything, so they keep their mouth shut.

Then there is those people who read a little bit, have a bit of knowledge, and spout off to everyone that will listen about how they know everything. (Those people dont know shit, fyi).
When you have professors and other people who are MUCH more educated than you arguing and studieing for YEARS (and knew information comes out every month) how can you POSSIBLY sit here and argue that you know enough to just say "A calorie is a calorie"? How can you possibly be that arrogant?

Actually I know a whole lot.  So why don't you have Jezabelle shove a blackberry pie up your cu nt to cool you off.

It's in your best interest to not be where I am at the same time....EVER.  Cause you know you'd never say this shit to my face and we both know, I'd fuck your world up.

Kindly fuck off Gollum.

i am not arrogant, i am confident in my knowledge.

i also keep up to date with the latest research findings, unlike a lot of professors who are still teaching old science.

don't hate me because i actually know what i'm talking about and you don't.

if you ask nicely i'd be happy to explain these things to you in terms you would understand.

i do not hold grudges, and even when i do i still help that person if they ask for it - its the buddhist in me.

peace.

i dont understand how there could even be any mistake about this by the so called "experts"

all that matters is "calories" "protein and various vitamins and minerals

fat people worrying about eating to much fat and carbs and shit.... lolololol wtf

CALORIES (for people just trying to lose weight)
CALORIES and PROTEIN (for bodybuilders)

THAT SIMPLE SYOU IDIOTS
